Ruby's Pub & Grill has been a gathering place in downtown Stuart, Iowa since 1947. Whether you're a local stopping in after work or a traveler cutting through on I-80, you'll find the same thing every time: honest food made well, cold drinks, and people who are glad you walked in.

Our History

Ruby's carries on a tradition that's been part of Stuart's history since 1947. Owners Jaime Shoesmith and Misty Beane are honored to continue the legacy started by Jim and Ruby Waltz when they first opened the doors of Waltz Inn.
