Not bad for a Monday, and definitely not bad for my first night as the owner. The $1.50 draws were pretty popular. Hopefully that will continue to draw (get it?) people in the rest of the week.
Tonight is another test with my first Steak Nite. I can’t say I’ve ever made beans before. Actually I don’t know if I’ve ever made a baked potato before. At least the salad comes ready made and I can just dump it in a tub. We’ll see how it goes.
Don’t forget, Ruby’s will be open tomorrow (Wednesday) at 10am so stop by and have a drink.

Congrats on day one. Any Blind Unicorns? How’s the Jaeger machine??? And get a damn plugin so I don’t have to freaking login every time. And get an RSS feed or something.
So, Tuesdays are the official Steak Nights? Cool. Ummm. Are you cooking ALL the food by yourself? This might be an occasion to ask for your mother’s or girlfriend’s help. No offense intended towards you of course. I’m sure you are a great Steak Night cook… after practice.
I really hope someone helped you get the food ready for Steak Night because if you cooked I’m not sure anyone would come back! Sorry, you make great hot dogs but not much else! Can’t wait to come into your bar tomorrow afternoon!!!
